The utility monitors three kinds of trails:

A cache - files that were downloaded to your hard drive to speed up an access to various web-sites. A history - an information about web-sites visited by you; saved by your Internet browser. Cookies - A user information saved on your hard drive by various web-sites to keep your private information.
